Officials with the international forces of in Afgainstain Afghanistan say insergent insurgents launched the attacks early Saturday against coalition outposts in Khost province.

 ISAF spokesman James Judge gave details to VOA: "At approximately 4 a.m., an unknown number of insurgents wearing U.S. military uniforms simultaneously launched attacks against Forward Operating Base Salerno and Forward Operation Base Chapman with indirect fire, rocket-propelled grenades and small-arms fire."

今天恍恍惚惚的忽然發現，ㄟ～三月才過一半阿...怎麼我覺得我已經過了一個月的樣子囧

今天翻譯課，老師提到她最近翻到的怪句子，這一句是出現在短篇小說裡，情境是學生在上課時傳紙條，被課堂教師攔截到的紙條就寫下面這句話：

Caitlin gives Steven head.

大家看到時，都在想，啊是Caitlin給Steven頭嗎？幹嘛給頭啊？囧

Head這裡當名詞用，可是Head有很多意思，大家查了老半天，不知道那head到底要翻什麼才好，結果終於有人麥克米倫上查到。

有一次在上歐洲文學的時候，有個同學要查Hymn，偏偏按電子辭典時，手賤不小心多按一個『e』，那個『e』的位置也太不剛好，陰錯陽差之下，Hymn就變成Hymen，好好的聖歌就變成了處女膜。

那時正好在上費加洛的婚禮，正經八百的文本裡出現一個不搭戛的處x膜，同學看的百思不得其解，就問我：「這句怪怪的，為什麼會有處x膜囧？」

後來才發現查錯字，害得我們整堂課笑個半死，還猛被老師盯...

其實有些字多打或少打都不行，一打錯意思就會差個十萬八千里，像Friend，少打一個『r』，Friend就變成Fiend，好好的朋友就變成惡魔囧。

You are my best friend 變成 You are my best Fiend，如果友誼就因此破滅的話，那為了這麼一個字，代價還真大啊＝ ＝
